Gabriela Miranda

Gabriela Miranda studied Educational Communication at UNAM, specialising in Organisational Development and Digital Business. She has developed the strategy and implementation of 50 Corporate Virtual Universities that have impacted more than 500,000 employees of different companies in different sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, retail, health, etc. In 2018, it launched the initiative on the organisation’s first social responsibility strategy at: #PorTiMiMexico, which provides open-access training programmes based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals.  These programmes promote change in the community, family, organisation or any setting to contribute to a better world. She is currently the chief executive officer of OpenTec.

Prof. Dr. – Ing. Volker Stich

Volker Stich was the head of the Institute for Industrial
Management (FIR) at the RWTH Aachen University between 1997 and 2022.  Volker Stich has worked for 10 years for the St.
Gobain-Automotive Group and led the management of European plant
logistics. In addition he has been responsible for the worldwide
coordination of future development project. His research focuses on
operations management, logistics and business applications systems.

 
 

Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang

 

 

 

Peter Kuhlang is CEO of MTM ASSOCIATION e. V. and Managing Director of Deutsche MTM-Gesellschaft mbH. Prof. Dr. Peter Kuhlang is head of MTM-Institute, MTM Instructor and Associate Professor for Industrial Engineering at Vienna University of Technology. In his overall responsibility, he is responsible for the prosperous development of all worldwide research, development, consulting, software and network activities. Currently, he is leading the research and development activities for deriving MTM process descriptions from digital motion data using artificial intelligence.

Eloí Carranza 

 

Mechanical Engineer from Centro de Enseñanza Técnica Industrial and Master in Human and Organizational Development from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac. He has more than 26 years of experience as Lean-6sigma manager, manufacturing planning manager, Industrial Engineering manager, Lean Coach, industrial engineering group leader, industrial engineer and quality engineer in the high-tech automotive electronics industry in various companies. He is currently the director of industrial engineering and the technology centre of Continental Automotive Systems Guadalajara, Mexico.


Jorge Iván Escareño Caballero

 

He is an experienced sales manager with a track record of more than 25 years.  He trained as an industrial electronics engineer at the Universidad del Valle de México, with master’s studies in business administration at the Universidad de La Rioja, Spain. He is currently working as sales manager for learning systems at FESTO Pneumatic S.A. in Mexico City.

Drs. Roman Senderek

 

Roman Senderek studied Economics with a specialization in International Management at the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics (Netherlands) and at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota (Colombia). He then worked as project manager in several German and Latin American companies before taking up his position as project manager at the Institute for Industrial Management at RWTH Aachen University. Since September 2021, he is responsible for the newly founded Smart Work department at FIR at RWTH Aachen, which deals with issues related to the design of customized teaching and learning solutions as well as human-oriented design that promotes learning in the digitized world of work.

 

Luis Fausto Coheto Torres


Industrial Engineer and Administrator from the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla, with specialisation studies in Management and Finance, Audit Management and certification as Green Belt and Scrum Master. He has a career of 23 years in the VW Group, where he has worked in different areas such as: Automobile Production, Technical Development, Finance and Human Resources. He has promoted and managed transversal projects in quality promotion, audits, project controlling, management of governmental programmes, training and specialisation programmes in quality, process optimisation, among others.  He is currently the manager of the “Future Talent” Business Unit at Volkswagen Group Academy Mexico.

Dr. Ing. Gerhard Gudergan 

Gerhard Gudergan is Deputy Managing Director at the FIR Institute for Industrial Management at RWTH Aachen University in Germany. He holds a PhD in Organization and Innovation from RWTH Aachen University and is a renowned researcher with over 20 years of experience in service innovation, business transformation and digital leadership. In addition to his research, Gerhard Gudergan applies his entrepreneurial mindset in numerous spin-offs. He established the Digital Transformation track in the Executive MBA program at RWTH Aachen Business School. Currently, his focus is on the Metropolitan Cities Initiative as the leader of this latest project. The vision is to transform Europe’s fifth largest metropolitan region, Rhine-Ruhr, into the most livable area possible through urban innovation. Gerhard Gudergan is past president of the International Society of Service Innovation Professionals ISSIP. His latest book is about the role of trust in the enterprise of the future.

Carlos Arredondo, Master of Science, has invaluable experience in training professionals. He was a teacher at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro for 34 years, Director General of CONALEP in the State of Querétaro, Coordinator of CEPPEMS, Executive Secretary and President of COEPES, former Director of Education in the State of Querétaro, and Rector and Founder of the Polytechnic University of Querétaro, Member of the Founding Council of ANUSTEC (Asociación Nacional de Universidades del Subsistema Tecnológico y Politécnico) and Secretary of Education of the Executive of the State of Querétaro. He is currently Rector of the Technological University of Querétaro.

. Dr.-Ing. Juan Camilo Vásquez Tieck

Juan Camilo Vásquez Tieck is an expert researcher in the application of artificial intelligence, cognition and robotics. He is currently director of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the company Home Capital, located in Medellín, Colombia. He holds a PhD in Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany and a Master’s degree from the same institution. Furthermore, he studied Computer Science at the EAFIT University in Medellín, Colombia.

 

 

Germán Bonilla

Germán Bonilla Bermúdez is the Industry 4.0 Program Coordinator of the “Partnership project for Sustainable Industrial Development Germany – Pacific Alliance” of the Federation of German Industries (BDI) as well as Project Manager for the “Partnership project for Dual Education Germany – Mexico” of the AFOS Foundation – German Federation of Catholic Entrepreneurs (BKU) since 2020. He holds a Masters degree in Production Systems Engineering from the RWTH Aachen University and studied mechanical engineering at the Tecnológico de Monterrey with exchange at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

Joachim Elsässer

Coordinator of the project “Partnership for Sustainable Industrial Development Germany-Pacific Alliance” (PAGSID) of the Confederation of German Industry (BDI). In this function he is responsible for the BDI’s cooperation and dialogue programmes with the business sector in Mexico (CCE, CONCAMIN and COPARMEX), Colombia (ANDI), Peru (SNI) and Chile (SOFOFA). The purpose of the PAGSID project is a value-based alliance between the German and Latin American business sectors to promote sustainability in global supply chains and to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
